Awards and Concert Evening
Our 2020 Awards and Concert Evening will be a relaxed and COVID Safe event on Wednesday 02 December @ 5PM.
Here are the important points:
• Only household members of the student’s family will be able to attend. Where families are separated, household members include both sets of parents households.
• The event will be staged on Finchley Oval.
• All families are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket and chairs and are to observe physical distancing requirements whereby families remain on their picnic blankets and in their own space.
• Contact Tracing Tickets are required to be completed by each family member attending and handed in at the gate entry points to enable entry to the site. ( A copy of this
form is included with this newsletter and will be sent home via email)
• The program will run for 1 hour and will feature only class items and awards.
• Speeches and additional program performances will not be included on the 2020 program.
